RDRAM (Rambus) Memory

Viking Technology offers a full range of Direct RDRAM (Rambus) based modules for OEM applications. In addition to supporting Rambus modules, Viking Technology can support those OEM customers requiring discrete RDRAM chips.

The RDRAM modules are supported in both NexMod and SORIMM form factors, from densities of 72MB to 576MB.

All RDRAM memory modules are RoHS Certified and are controlled with a Bill of Materials (BOM).

NexMOD

Simplified system layout by placing end-to-end termination, voltage regulation and the Direct RAMBUS® Clock Generator (DRCG) directly on the module

RDRAM® architecture enables the highest sustained bandwidth for multiple, simultaneous, randomly addressed, memory transactions
Rambus Signaling Technology (RSL) allows the Viking Technology NexMOD to support 800MHz & 1066MHz transfer rates
